New Customer Service Centre at 137 Frank Street Opens October 5

As development continues at 137 Frank Street, Phase 1 of the project is nearing completion, and we’re excited to announce that the new Customer Service Centre will open to the public on October 5, 2026.

The Phase 1 renovations have been designed with our residents and Customer Service team in mind, creating a more accessible, private and welcoming environment.

What’s New?

Some of the Phase 1 improvements at 137 Frank Street include:

  • A new accessible front entrance

  • A completely redesigned Customer Service area to accommodate our growing team and better serve residents.

  • Improved accessibility and privacy for residents accessing Customer Service

  • Additional municipal office space and breakroom

  • A dedicated meeting room
